The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I bid on this customers item with the intention of picking up 5 or 6 of their shipments in the NE. They booked 2 out of the 6. Then asked me to pay their customers out my own pocket for the items they wanted shipped. The communication was non existent and I ended up having to drive 6 hours out of my way to deliver one set of speakers. This guy cost me more money in time, fuel and aggravation. Now they have customers calling me to pickup their shipments.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We already sent this service provider a very clear instruction for this shipment as we normally do with other driver. We emphasized that this item was paid already. They also accepted our another shipment on same route. However, that shipment has not been paid yet and we say sorry to them that we can not book.
