It was our fault. Our location in Salt Lake was not able to accommodate the pickup. We found another way to get it picked up and shipped but the person responsible for coordination had an emergency and was out of the office for over a week, resulting in the customer being stranded. We apologize.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it customer said pick up was in P.A,got to P.A now we get a Email from him saying pick up in S.C Response from Jerry N.: After hundred of calls and I did get only one chance to say my mistake in the email and confirmed again that you need to call my shipper in PA. Check back your business, 2 phone number for contact and none could work properly for even a call. Don't blame on me. If you call my shipper once and this could still be executed. Thanks for your RESPONSIBLE service.
