About Me
Young couple relocating to Washington, DC from Houston, TX. Majority of boxes to be shipped are boxed (66), 10 are large or odd sized. Items are not palatalized nor crated, however, nothing is loose. Items are currently being stored in a garage and will be shipped to an apartment building in DC. The items are ready to be shipped, but we can only accept the shipment ON OR AFTER April 5th (The Move-In Date). Ideally, over the weekend (April 5th - 7th). This is our second time using U-Ship and we hope & expect everything to go just as well as the first time.

The provider was good overall.
Positive: We had a tight budget and they were willing to work with us on price, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, every box was accounted for and nothing was damaged, which is a relief, considering there were 8 boxes of glassware. Driver was nice and helpful.
Negative: There was very little communication. We were given a 24 hr pick-up time, but didn't get a call until they arrived. During transit, they were delayed 24 hrs and we weren't inform
