The service provider should be aware of what his towing capacity is before he submits a bid and accepts a shipment.

Phone numbers for the company and the driver were disconnected/changed a few times during the transportation process. Not the best communication; delivery timeline and any updates or complications were not communicated. I understand that delays happen but I was not able to relay any information to the recipient.
