After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The customer tried to do business off of uShip. Called me at 11:30pm telling me he knows where I live. Then flagged my account because I marked picked up by accident while trying to mark it as dispatched. I even paid $93.00 to stay at a hotel because he said he did not want to wake up at 5:30 A.M. to receive his item. For him to say I should be banned is just disrespectful. A slap in the face, especially for how far overboard we went to try and please him. NOT HONEST AT ALL. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Spoke with the customer. He was very rude and asked for personal information that had nothing to do with the shipment. The guy sounded like a scammer. Response from Chris T.: This new shipper was misinformed and ignorant of the normal shipping protocol
