The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer changed shipping date and requested that I do Paperwork that I am ethically uncomfortable with. Response from Chris T.: NOT SO - The shipment was a Blind Shipment which means the ship from information is NOT disclosed. He had never heard of that before so he freaked out thinking it was a scam.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment After dispatch, I called him & told him my van had a break down. I spent a day at mechanic who couldn’t fix my vehicle that day & it was a Friday. I updated customer to let him know I was unsure about handling load at this point based on my 1st priority being getting van fixed not getting his load. He repeatedly called thru the wknd threatening to leave a bad review. I told him I didn’t see it on board he said he wanted to do PayPal on our “word”. I declined that and didn’t reply back Response from Chris T.: New Shipper. I had very good reasons to doubt his story
