Jason was very responsive in communications, flexible with schedule, and provided clear instructions to get the job done. In shipping prep, their pre-wrapping is a time saver. As part of that work, the blanket exchange has pros and cons, depending on the shipper's practices. Recommend shipping with Designer's Consignment again.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment was booked 7/21 with a pickup date within 1 day. Shipper did not pickup the piece or contact us regarding it. Was unable to reach by phone either.
