The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I came to pick up the shipment this morning, had everything ready and upon trying to load the shipment, the shipper stated they were not comfortable with me shipping it. I was willing to, but they did not want to proceed.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I bumped the pick up dates from last week to this week due to unforeseen schedule changes for a group of customers. This is part of my policies. This shipment had a scheduled delivery date by May 23rd and this guy wants to cancel 2 weeks prior to the delivery date. I would have delivered around May 15th. He was very rude, cursing and insulting in text. This guy severely exaggerated his calls as I had no missed calls or voicemails from him. Of course, I am a shipper with top ratings. CW Response from Aaron S.: He lies. Had me waiting for him to arrive and never turned up. Texted and called and no response. A day later he texted stating he was sorry for not showing. So he scheduled it for another day. Again, no show. Then, he scheduled it for that Wednesday and stated he would be there - he promised. So I took the morning off work and waited. No show. No calls, no texts. No unforseen scheduling error means he has to make customers stand around and wait. He couldn't even be bothered to call or text. 3 x

Positive is an under-statement. Picked up exceptionally fast and delivered in DAYS, not weeks or months. The packaging was almost extreme, there was no chance of damage to my vintage tables. The communication was excellent and I am seriously impressed. This man aims to please and get business, and I would ask you to do yourself a favor and hire him for your shipments, you won't just be happy, you will feel like you had a private courier under your employ working for you, it's that good. Response from tfletch: Was refreshing to work with someone who is a man of his words. Everything went as smooth as if it was an old friend i was transporting for. I would go out of my route to help Arron out with any of his future transporting needs.
