I found Denise to be easy to work with; also when the article arrived I noticed they had used a large quantity of wrapping blankets which is excellent. I will be using their services again I am certain.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer cancelled delivery until late February, The shipper came through several days ago but we could not allow the shipment to be collected because the customer is not at home and will not be until late February.
We spoke tot he shipper and they have completed their route and can not come back all this way just for one shipment with as far as it must go.
This problem was created by the customer, not the shipper or us. We will not relist until customer tells us they are going to be prese

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward shipper does not exist.

Proper vans, proper packing and care. The staff saw to the delivery with notifications also, which was very good. There is no doubt I would use their services again - no doubt at all.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Repeated scheduling problems. Had to ship with FedEx.

Customer perception is important and they went out of their way to tell me how great the shippers were - this is always optimal.
I found the communication premium which is vital with a shipper. Would thoroughly recommend for QUALITY blanket wrap service (no shortcuts) and for excellent communication. Very timely, too.

The type of shipper with care you dream about getting. So well packed, and such a professional attitude and timely manner that I felt I was dealing with a company that I had stake in. Often shipments come down to dollars, though at some point the value of care given to ensure safe shipments are paramount. If I had another shipper with a cheaper price, I would not hesitate to have Jeff take it instead. Value for money and peace of mind.

Dependable. Flexible & completely trustworthy are a few words to describe this couple. They saved my sale after another shipper let me down. I honestly do not know what I would have done without them.

Difficult person to deal with on pick up date. Did not mention on listing furniture must be carried up 4 flights of stairway. Instead of using elevator Seller said customer will assist and pay $30 extra. Cancelled job.
