The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After numerous attemps, I have not been able to contact the service provider. I need the items moved now. Need to find alternatives.

Excellent communications and true to their word. Driver was courteous and helpful. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they would do it. They kept me informed regarding load status every step of the way. I will definitely use again.

Great communication and a man of his word. He actually delayed his departure from the pickup locale to make sure that all of the merchandise that was to be coming to me actually got on the truck. Obviously goes the extra mile to make a customer happy. Thank you.

Mr. Gregory Betz as well as his driver, Esteban, went above and beyond all of our expectations. This cargo was "the cargo from hell" thanks to the auction company. Even under daunting conditions, Mr. Betz and his driver made it happen in an efficient, professional and timely manner. If all your haulers work like this, shipping cargo would be a piece of cake.
