Friday, called, texted, emailed... Nothing, Saturday, called texted, emailed... Nothing, Monday called, texted... Nothing, Tuesday I cancelled. As it was, I had to pay a $5.00 fee to Copart for an additional day. A simple text or phone call telling me you cannot make it would have been acceptable.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Mr.Raul is a very nice man I really wished I could have met him but my trailer wouldn't allow me to and I couldn't get this worked out I guess the devil won this one.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried calling, texting and emailing provider since Friday with no success. I contacted Uship for help and she obviously had no success. I need the truck moved ASAP as I will be accruing storage fees. I cannot put this off.

Mike was very responsive and helpful. The trucker that did the haul, Matt, was also very cooperative and helpful. I knew when they planned to pick up, when they picked up and was kept informed of their progress every mile of their haul.
