Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Service provider lied to me several times and then cussed me out on last email. I want nothing to do with this person. Future customers beware. Response from mynatt: We were running late due to a 3hr inspection on a prev delivery & missed the pickup deadline due to incorrect information given by the customer (he said business closed at 6pm but in fact it closed at 5.) The customer also e-mailed & called every 20 minutes asking for updates on the day of pick up, making our jobs much more difficult than necessary. After missing the pickup deadline the customer insisted he was lied to & continued his constant contact. We easily could have arranged a new pickup.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider did not list the correct bid expiration time, so now they can not pick up my item after I booked with them.
