The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it These Items total weight is 3000-4000 pounds. Not 600 pounds and we do not have the right equipment to service these items because Our trailer with not handle this extra weight. There was some pick up problems which is not customers fault. There also the Holiday delays (the pickup location being closed) Or lack of anyone every being there. Plus now pickup Location will not load these items into Box Truck due to Liability Issues. So we talked to the Purchaser about adding some cost to extra man
