The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I had to cancel shipment due to one of my drivers getting sick. I emailed UShip and just received an response back today and will have to cancel my shipments to And from Florida I apologize.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Heavy Lifters had an issue with their tailer brake line on the day of the move. We were patient but communication was near zero. A few days later we received a text from a new number - it was the Heavy Lifters notifying us their phone broke and it was a new number. When trying to get a new ETA there was near zero communication. They also have only communicated via text message and never pick up on a call. We are now 4 days after scheduled pick up and still no ETA - so we are cancelling the book

Great service provider. Everything went exactly as Rodger described. Picked up my vehicle in the evening and delivered the next day. Stayed in contact throughout the shipment process.
