It's on the first floor of a ranch home and will be moved to the first floor on another home. It includes Piano bench/cushion. There are no steps at the pickup location. It is right by the front door on first floor. It will need wrapped. There are 3 steps at the drop off and piano will also be on 1st floor. The drop off will be through the garage entry door which has 3 steps into the house.
