A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My truck broke down and I was unable to secure a rental in adequate time. The truck was in the shop for a month. I did keep communicating with customer, and had hoped to get to do the pickup. This was an unfortunate series of events.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper didn’t show up as scheduled. He did contact us to let us know he’d had car troubles and had taken another job moving a 2 bedroom apartment and wouldn’t be there for another 3 days at best. Very disappointed with this!
