A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Another job wasn't chosen over their's. I explained to the customer I was behind and they we're disappointed and still wanted shipment. Explained that I wouldn't make it until Tuesday, the mother said that was fine as long as I showed because they still wanted me to ship! I even explained and apologized and even RECOMMENDED another shipper because I new I couldn't make it until Tuesday. The mother stated that the daughter still wanted me to fufill the contract. I agreed and mentioned Tuesday.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider We were disappointed with the disarray of unsecured furniture in truck upon arrival. They got rain on my piece abs I have to now fix the the top!
