In-home pickup and delivery. Must send proof of signed BOL in order to have payment released. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Please plan accordingly and bring help if needed. It is never acceptable to request assistance from the customer. All weights are estimated.Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials) is required for all items. All items must be transported in a box truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. Loading dock availability is unknown. You must contact the pickup and delivery locations at least 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm the arrival window (customers may be available sooner upon contact). Customers may be contacted between 7:30am-8:30pm based on the customer's time zone. White Glove delivery at delivery location, inside delivery, room of choice, removal of debris and light assembly if needed.
