1978 Mack Dump Truck

I have purchased a Mack Dump truck located in Cecil, Pennsylvania (very close to Pittsburgh). The truck is said to be in good running condition. This Dump truck is going to be shipped overseas but meanwhile it will be stored at a truck parking lot in Baltimore Maryland until the ship date. I say all this to say that the truck has no tags and I’m not sure how to go about getting temp tags or a moving permit. I would only need the tags or moving permit for two days as the truck is only going from the place of purchase in Cecil, Pennsylvania straight to the truck parking lot in Baltimore, Maryland (6 hours or so). So, with no current tags on the truck, I am not sure whether I will need a driver, but instead a truck transporting service unless there are any other ideas such a if anyone (a driver) knows how I can get a moving permit (the procedures) and would like to drive the dump truck from Cecil, Pennsylvania to Maryland while I buy the driver a ticket back to the closest Airport to Cecil, Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh).
