Mobil home in great traveling condition 1997 champion 16 x 76 traveled to phoenix in Dec and placed on blocks waitiing for a space mostly empty inside no heavy appliances or furniture great tires ready for mover to hook on and drop no set up or tear down wanted no insurence on load requierd just some boxes in frount bed room still secured inside just like it was during last trans port and ready to travel 100 miles to destination and drop no leveling wanted just foot ball field size lot with nothing by it for hundreds of feet destination 1 ac lot pull though and place on blocks agen actual dementions are 15.5 x 76 80 with a flat meatal pitch roof 12.8 feet high no over hangs drop off no other buildings in the 1 ac lot pull stright though and place toung back on blocks no leveling wanted Thank you and have a great day
