Prefer flatbed or car carrier, and would prefer not to have the plane tilted.  

 

This shipment includes the pickup of an ultralight (sub-250lb) airplane and some airplane-parts in Amarillo Texas, and delivery to Spanaway Airport in Spanaway, WA. The wood-and-fabric ultralight airplane (shown with it's wings extended, but they will be removed by the guy who sold it to me when you come to pick it up. Aircraft is 7ft wide at the tail, aprox 5'2" wide at wing-stubs), airplane spars (wood beams shown on truck tailgate above), and a small cardboard box of spar-attach-fittings are located at a hangar in Amarillo, TX. All you will need to do is load the plane & plane parts onto your truck or flatbed trailer, and go... Haul these items to my hangar at Spanaway Airport (S44), in Spanaway WA, where I will be available to help with unloading if needed. I am OK with 'trip chaining', or piggy-backing my shipment with a load you're already running if it brings the price down - even if it makes the shipment take (much, much) longer. Time-of-delivery or manner-of-shipment is not critical - getting here intact, for a low price, is (My prior-deal price was below 1000, and I had at least one bid (Jolley23) for 1200, so I'm not interested in 1700/1800/2000)

Mustang 2 aircraft . Rolling airframe. Wings are off. There is no motor . I need the aircraft tarped to prevent rain from damaging cockpit. I also need blankets or foam to prevent the straps from damaging the aluminum skin. Should be fairly easy to winch the aircraft onto your tow trailer. The aircraft was purchased off ebay so pictures could be available if requested.  

No chains and boomers, must have ratcheting straps. Must have sufficient amount of padding. Aircraft is damaged, but still many valuable parts on aircraft and will have to be treated with care!!!! 30 feet long 7 feet wide and 5 feet tall Lots of loose parts that will have to be cared for! I will pay for loading and storage before you get to the shipper.  

 

This has just been brought from Boise to SLC South Regional Valley Airport for the first leg of it's journey to Texas. The trailer is very roadworthy and has several new tires. It's just as pictured waiting for someone to hook up it, check the load and hit the road.  

 

Need a driver- that can think outside the box. can take the initiative to get the job done. There's limited help at the rural airport . so if it takes moving some crates and palates via chain with your truck a few feet out of the way - just do it, you don't need special permission form the airport wizard to do so. The pilot for the police department will meet you there, just to loan you ground handeling wheels. once attached to the skids you can move the 500lb airframe by hand, attach a winch to the skids guide up onto your trailer, secure and your off to colorado to deliver. easy gig. pays more then hauling a car!!!!! just ask you to cover the windshield with tarp-cardboard - duct tape so there's no rock cracks in windshield.  

 

Wings, wheel pants tail feathers prop cowling and other small parts must also be moved.  

 

 

 

 

Aircraft does not include WINGS. Control surfaces and tail surfaces have been removed and WILL be included in shipment. Some of those items can be stored inside the fuselage for shipping. Its possible to remove the landing gear for better fit in some vehicles or containers, but prefer to leave it attached. Total weight is Estimated and includes ALL parts. The total width of the airplane with wings folded is 7ft. 10inches. However the wings are 11ft long each and can be removed if needed in quick order. The total width with the wings removed is only 5ft 10inches. Please note in the 3rd photo is a picture of the interior carpeting and flying instruments and prop. All of this will fit inside the airplane.
