I'm buying this boat from a private seller & it is stored in a shed/storage building that the seller owns. I have the address of course where the boat is stored, seller says it's near a major thourgh fare(N7924). The boat is on a single axle trailer that is in great, almost new condition for the year & has a spare & great tires. It has grease fittings for the bearings & is 23'6" long. The trailer probably weighs around 1500lbs for a combined weight of 3200lbs for Boat,Motor & Trailer. There is a electric trolling motor that the owner will slide off & needs to be put in the truck as well as a VHF Radio & a Fish Finder/GPS unit, a boat cover & some small misc items that won't take up much room.
