Trailer for boat is located at our business in Lancaster, OH 43130. Trailer must be picked up prior to picking up boat in Virginia. Boat is located on lake in Penhall, Virignia. Boat must be loaded on to trailer by driver or get assistance from the marina.
We really don't have a time on this move. We just need it done. It doesn't have a deadline besides giving the guy with the boat a few days notice.
Drive on boat Trailer. Back the trailer at the boat dock that nearby and drive the boat onto trailer and secure with straps for travel.

Boat will be picked up at All Season's marina on Lake Norman, they have a Travel Lift that I'll secure it to place the boat on your trailer. The boat will be delivered to Lake Cumberland, either State Dock or Grider Hill. There is not a travel lift at Lake Cumberland so it will be a wet launch. I believe a lowboy trailer will allow shipment without removing the arch. Arch does not have any horns or electronics on it.

You would remove Hard top in order to bring the height down to 13'4 from the top of the windshield to the tip of the prop blade.
A hydrauilc trailer is needed because of the incline of the road leading to the storage yard. A lowboy trailer won't make it in. Marine travel lift is available at both pickup and delivery locations.

I was flexible on delivery schedule, and just had a confirmed shipper cancel on me due to mechanical problems with his trailer. I now have less flexibility, boat sitting in yard in AL, not in my slip in Bay Area. Originally wanted the boat here mid May to June, after working shipper for several weeks and then having everything cancelled, my time frame is a little tighter. Would like the boat delivered ASAP but realize “by June” is no longer realistic, hopefully can get somebody to deliver by end of June. Boat would be loaded at yard from travel lift (yard says lots of experience loading onto transports), and possibly backed down launch ramp into SF bay (if your trailer allows) at Marina Bay, Richmond CA, or else lifted off trailer at boat yard in Richmond. Hoping to find something around $4,000.

Vessel is currently in the water. Travel will be from one marina to another, both have Travel-lifts. Consequently, pickup and delivery will need to be during marina hours (daylight), and scheduled with marina. Upon award, Contractor would need to submit a firm 7-day pickup window. Contractor would then need to narrow the window with 48 hours confirmation notice, so travel-lift and marina personnel can be scheduled. Contract window is flexible, but Contractor must be able to meet his window. Plan up to 3-4 hours of down-time for marina to load and secure vessel to Contractor's Trailer.
Contractor will not likely need a hydraulic trailer, but bids including hydraulic trailers will be accepted and compared to others.
Vessel will not be covered in shrink wrap, or any canvas, so securing will not be hindered.
Pickup Location: Marina, To be Named, Stamford, Connecticut.
Delivery Location: Marina, Houston Area, To be Named, Seabrook, TX
