Although I never thought I'd see my car again, winterhawk1 -- who claimed he no longer could get email from the email address registered with uship-- finally gave me the name of the driver Benjamin. Once I started working directly with Benjamin things were back on track. The bid was accepted on 10/25 but the pickup was not until 11/15, which was much later than expected.

My only issue with the uship experience was that the entire process was not laid out specifically. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to accept multiple bids, I wasn't sure what happened after accepting a bid, etc, but overall I like that you can leave feedback because it holds the shippers accountable.

It's hard finding a shipper that will take good care of what they're transporting. Through uShip I was able to find Mazzalupo Carriers, a carrier that specialized in shipping valuable cars, and that had excellent feedback. The feedback feature is very valuable. I'll use uShip whenever I need to find a good shipper, since I can check your feedback system.
