Not able to use communication service once contract agreed so had to rely on own email getting through spam filters to the delivery company. Generally good. The problems I have had are systemic to this lowest price shipping model - shippers will accept a shipment in conjunction with others which makes the whole load economic. If one customer drops out then the shipper will often cancel the whole run meaning unbexpected delays or simply refuse to contact the customer any more.
