I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After reasonable attempts to contact the driver, Zachary Suter, I moved onto contacting the company, EZ Transport, directly. Attempts to reconcile the undelivered motorcycles through the company has been met with resistance and me being ignored. I have now resorted to getting law enforcement involved in the situation to resolve the matter.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I made contact via email with the shipper after the bid was accepted but then never heard from him again - it's been almost 3 weeks since I last heard from him. I hope everything is ok - he seemed really responsive at first and has amazing reviews.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the service provider on the agreed pick up date (Sept.23) left the party waiting at the pick up location and did not contact anyone, it was only when I called him that he claimed trailer issues. At that moment he was hundreds of miles away heading the wrong direction. I was patient with shipper and agreed to wait a little longer (1 week) for pick up. Since then I have been given delay after delay. Now we are three weeks past the pick up date and still no pick up, let alone delivery. I am aski

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After multiple attempts, I could not make contact with the shipper. I left multiple messages, yet he did not return my phone calls. When we spoke at the beginning of the agreement, he told me that he would make contact with the other party immediately and pick up the following day. As of today (two days later) he has done neither.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The trucker provided fair notice that he couldn't move shipment as agreed due to a mechanical issue. He communicated timely so we take no issue as things happen. We need to relist shipment right away however, thank you.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipping description stated that we did not have a clear delivery date for the Honda to be dropped off at the port in Norfolk. The shipper who accepted (zekesuter) only had a couple of days window for the shipment, so he could not fulfill the order. We agreed to cancel this transaction. Please refund my credit card for the $275. Thank you,
