Hello, we are new to Uship but not new to hauling; we are experienced, insured etc. We specialize in enclosed trailer motorcycle transport; each bike is blanket covered, individually anchored w/wheel chock bike stand and then secured soft ties and straps for extra protection. However, bikes aren't the only thing we haul.. We also can accommodate any kind of trailer or Fifth Wheel and our enclosed trailer will also fit full size vehicles, merchandise, household items etc. We also have a flat bed for heavy equipment and a livestock trailer for horses etc. We travel from Coast to Coast and will do special White Glove deliveries or even multiple bike hauls for special events like Bike Week and Sturgis. DO NOT USE ZACH to ship your motorcycle,he will damage it.He returned my bike with a bad chip on the tank where paint came off,one deep scratch on the side of the oil tank,one mirror missing and the other one broken.He assured me that he would replace the mirrors for me but he kept lying for the last 6 weeks telling me the mirrors had been shipped and I would have received the next day. Eventually I had to order the mirrors myself,sent him the invoice but he still refuses to pay. UNRELIABLE!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After reasonable attempts to contact the driver, Zachary Suter, I moved onto contacting the company, EZ Transport, directly. Attempts to reconcile the undelivered motorcycles through the company has been met with resistance and me being ignored. I have now resorted to getting law enforcement involved in the situation to resolve the matter.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the service provider on the agreed pick up date (Sept.23) left the party waiting at the pick up location and did not contact anyone, it was only when I called him that he claimed trailer issues. At that moment he was hundreds of miles away heading the wrong direction. I was patient with shipper and agreed to wait a little longer (1 week) for pick up. I left multiple messages, yet he did not return my phone calls. No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipping description stated that we did not have a clear delivery date for the Honda to be dropped off at the port in Norfolk. The shipper who accepted (zekesuter) only had a couple of days window for the shipment, so he could not fulfill the order. We agreed to cancel this transaction.
