Please think twice before using this company. When I got my shipment almost every single piece of wood furniture was damaged and poorly wrapped. Sarah, who coordinates the shipments offered to help. She promised a call back but I didnt hear anything for several months. After several months I got ahold of her and she had been out on leave. Several times she promised to get back to me. I was persistent but never rude. On the last call, she just hung up on me and i havent heard back.

We used them for 2 different shipments. The 1st was completed well, however the 2nd was the worst shipping experiences I have ever had. This was not only inconvenient, unprofessional and stressful, but the company decided to start ignoring our calls/emails. I gave them more than enough chances over a span of 2 yrs to reimburse us for the damages (which they said they would and "the check is in the mail"), however we received nothing but false promises. Save yourself the stress and avoid them.

Delivery was four days late and damaged. Worst of all, I still have not been able to reach anyone on the phone and my emails have gone unanswered. Terrible. I will never use them again and I would strongly urge anyone who is considering this company to reconsider.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved It was clearly stated in the bid the date the shipment was to be delivered to New York. I accepted the bid and was charged a deposit of $200.47. I would like a full refund to my credit card of the $200.47 (not a credit within uship). I would not have accepted the bid resulting in a charge if they had indicated they could not meet the delivery date. I have not used uship in the past and I do not see a need in the future so a credit will not help me. This was a one-time situation we had.
