Robert did an awesome job getting my son's truck to us. I let us know every step of the way what was going on. We had a little problem with the lenght of the truck (my fault) but robert worked with me and still delivered. I have another job coming up soon and will use robert again. thank you

Shipment was delayed by a couple of days (as can happen as things go wrong along a route), however, Bob was in constant contact, and very courteous. I would absolutely use this company again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The shipper and I were in agreement that I would not be able to do this shipment due to unforeseen mechanical difficulties, therefore causing a scheduling conflict. However, the repairs were done before 24 hours were up and the shipment went as scheduled. In as much I should not be charged twice for fees.

I was Very Happy with westcoastbob. Bob came through for me when nobody else would. Bob and his wife were a pleasure to work with. Bob is very honest and he stands by his word. My Volvo arrived unharmed and earlier than expected. Bob kept me posted during the entire trip and he was always friendly. Bob will be my first choice when shipping in the future.
