The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it after talking to customer this is not a pickup truck.it is a very large box truck that weights way to much for my legal weight limit and will not fit on my trl.thanks ty

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper listed conflicting dates and days in statement. When I accepted bid on Thursday 9/23, the terms and conditions read: "Can pick up between Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Bid is only good til noon tueday(tomorrow)found something else to load with it." I did not see the time frame listed at 9/23-9/24 and assumed pickup would be next week Tue and Wed. Shipper then called and said shipment wasn't ready. He did not realize his dates and days were conflicting.

if u took time to look at my bid it clearly shows i would only pickup thursday and del friday.that is why my bid was only good till noon because i was leaving.but u did not do it .it also says nothing in my bid about tues or wed but good luck anyway and next time read the shippers bid before accepting it

drove all the way down there the wrecker yard owner was having a bad day i guess would only take cash and raised the price 3 times while i was waiting for the trk to be released then he decided he wasnt going to release it some people as for the owner of the truck good luck and sorry you had such an $%^& to deal with down there
