We have a 24 hour on-call phone service and a team of logistical professionals to help support your needs. We are locally owned and operated and provide personalized service from the Heart of Texas. Whatever your business needs, A & A Courier and Hot Shot can save you time and money. Our goal is to be the most professional and reliable delivery service around. We are true to our word and we treat your valuables with the greatest care and concern. We are licensed and insured. We have 4 trucks and none of them are older than 2008 models. We use flat bed trailers as well as enclosed trailers for our transports. We also offer packaging and loading in most cases. We have 4 drivers at all times as well as several contracted drivers. There should never be a conflict in operations on our part.

Boyd was great to deal with, good communication and a pleasure to speak with. Boyd's driver was very helpful and courteous. Equipment was delivered ahead of estimated delivery date and in excellent condition. I will be using A&A again for future shipping needs.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We tried to contact the shipper of this vehicle. The number given is apparently not right. Everytime we call this number a woman tells us that whoever we are looking for is not at that number. We cannot communicate with the shipper and are no longer able to wait on shipper to contact us.

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I received an email on Saturday April 14th with a question if it is ok for me if someone will pick up the car from my home address on April 15th or 16th. I was out of town and I responded by saying yes for April 16th not 15th. I recieved another email this morning (15th) stating that they came to pick up the car and no one was home. I responded to this email from Allen (txhorns86@yahoo.com) at 11:35 am and i explained that I chose April 16th not 15th. No one called me and my number is 3152897900

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I did contact the service provider and he responded to my notice of cancellation. I also told him that if and when I can get my schedule set up again that I will contact him to try to set up another schedule for my shipment. I do not understand why he would say he has been unable to contact me unless he lost my contact information. I still have the same e-mail address and telephone numbers.
