The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer represented trl as roadworthy & ready to go 1st visit to p/u trl we spent 4hrs disassembling 4 fuel pumps & loading on trl because cust could not operate forklift unable to inspect trl due to darkness, came back 2nd time load was to wide to transport as it was so spent 4 hrs reloading & inspecting trl found trl to have 7 bad tires & inoperable brakes advised cust but did not want to repair told him it needs to be trnsported via flatbed/lowboy ours is n/a. Still working w/cus to resolve

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Contracted other shipments also, demanded 30% down for those, only shipped one of the other 20 shipments, demanded the other one be paid before they would deliver any others, then never delivered this one. They won't answer calls or return messages. This needs canceled and refunded! Now I am paying lot rent until other shipping arrangments can be made.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper (tristate34) did not show up on time or at any time. I was forced to quickly find and hire an alternate transport company which cost me significantly more due to the last minute nature. Had I waited any longer, I would have incurred a 10% penalty on the item to be shipped (an 6 1/2 ton U.S. Army truck). Because your shipper did not show up, I would like me account cleared and all money returned. Carson Scheirer

On the date it was to be shipped the truck was in the shop and the mechanic said it would be a week possibly longer for the parts to arrive to fix truck. the customer wanted us to go and wait until it was repaired then load and haul so we had to cancel due to not wanting to pay us wait time until fixed dont know why hes complaining on us when it should of been arranged to be shipped after it was repaired.
