The shipper upped the price (nearly double). I gave as accurate an estimate as I was able. Shipper did not mention that there would be an extra charge per box. In an effort to make it easier on the movers, we had packed smaller, lighter boxes. The movers on the packing end worked hard, but on the unloading end (different workers), they were unmotivated. Also, they demanded cash only on delivery. I would be wary about booking with them again.

Goods arrived fine, some were a little scratched, the movers were friendly. The shipment was late, they demanded extra payment at the end in cash (but were able to take credit), and never provided the notice for pick-up or delivery that was promised. Picked up with 12 hours notice and delivered with 15 hours notice.
