Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward..
We sent our form to the customer for approval before booking the truck. We do this to verify that all the information we have is correct. We received this information from the shipper on 12/10/2007. We also advised that +/- weather would cause delays. In the area of the customers shipment there was a lot of bad weather and drivers were falling behind on their deliveries. We have this scheduled for pick up Monday afternoon.
