What a wonderful experience. We had a trailer tire problem during the delivery and they did everything they could to get a new tire on the trailer to get back on the road. Status updates every few hours and dedication to get the delivery on the day promised even with the tire issue. They are super nice, super helpful and great to work with. They come with a handshake and a smile. I would not go with anyone else. I have nothing but great things to say.

This guy is a CAN DO sort of guy! He found a way to fit my item on his equipment even though it turned out to be several feet longer than I had expected based upon the details I had available! But I didn't lose the fiberglass hardtop that wasn't bolted down!!!!!!!!!! Now that is feedback people should know about!! I had updated my new ph # but for some reason, Uship had to go in and edit it on their side...I did email/text during the shipping process. Oh well...

I did email him several times...it seemed to be the method he preferred. I did not know he wanted to talk on the phone too. It only took my during the day to this, I picked up and delivered on time and I called the guy I picked it up from in advance. You would think I would have gotten some kudos though for strapping down and thus saving the hardtop that no one mentioned was "unbolted" when I left with the truck! Oh well, I tried...sorry boss.

It's better than running down the road for less than fuel $$$ and losing. That's no way to run a business either!! I can't please everyone all at once. I went to load my main item for this haul and the guy had no equipment to load it. I lost already on this deal as it stands. I had to cancel this item, no way around it.

He sent me this email: James, I'm not able to find anything else to haul with your car and it's $500 in fuel one-way.
