service provider stated when booking this he would pick up in one day he picked up 10 days later i then gave him $120 extra because i needed shipment overnight.i find this common prviders not picking up on time.i am waiting fo 2 refunds from uship on my credit card for shipments not picked up. this shipment was diliverd without any damage.

tj did a great job. everyone should give him a chance. the guy at pick up was bragingto me on how nice and prompt he was on the other end also. you would be completely satisfied , just try him. its always hard to get a start, but he will be a top shipper before long.

give this driver time and he will be in the top ten uship haulers. very polite , kept in touch every step of the way. very prompt. if you are reading this for feed back give him a chance even though he has a low number. this is a quality service at resonable rates.

made me wait 5 and a half hours at sault st marie. then promised me $20.00 per hour for every hour i was early. i was 11 hours early and he shorted me $60.00 will never work for again .

this guy said it was 300 miles away from where it was. once i was 110 miles from where it was supposed to be he gives me a wrong phone number. then couldnt get a hold of anyone. i didnt wait so hes all upset , and yes i cursed. but after dealing with someone like this christian lol anyone would.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The person I bought the Lawn Tractor from was not going to be home at the time the Service Provider needed to pick it up. He was going away for the Thanksgiving weekend. The Service Provider had other pickups and has to keep his schedule.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider showed up for the pick up and there was some conflict between the President of the dealership and he would not release the trailer to him, Kevin Frazer (the president of the dealership) called me up and said he was very unprofessional with foul laguange and will not release the trailer to him.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This guy took my shipment off the board with a bid, then asked for a month to complete it. Then, after failing to perform, he begged for another month, promising to cut his fee by $150. Finally, he just walked away from the deal altogether, leaving me high and dry after two months. It is outrageous that he gets to do this to uShip customers and continue without his victims (like myself) being able to post negative feedback to warn off others.
