The headboard arrived damaged. The shipper did not charge me, but it looked to me like a very avoidable accident. The shipper said he had a blow-out on transfer, but the headboard was poorly wrapped and obviously poorly secured. Very heartbreaking.

that was vary unfair headboard was wrapped and you were not home on delivery to see it wrapped as it was seen being wrapped on pickup and i offered to pay and never charged you a dime and never heard back from you ken

Items arrived in perfect condition. Ken was always available to answer my emails and phone calls. He arrived at the time he said he was going to. I would highly recommend using him for your shipments. I would definitly use him again! Thanks so much again Ken!

Our Dinning table & hutch arrived safely after a long trip. Was packed very good. Took a little longer than expected due to truck problems, but speed was not important, good condition was. Would use snook63 again.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment my truck is broke down and am unable to locate a rearend for it yet due to a garages failure to put gear oil in the rearend when they changed the seals and the axle shaft twisted off and ruined the rear end housing

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services He said he could deliver in 7 to 10 days if I paid him in advance through pay pal. It has been over 60 days and I finally called him and said I was canceling, now he will not communicate and guess what, he won't return my money, I guess I will have to sue him to get it back. I do not recommend him to anyone, he is a total crook.

never said 7-10 days was a flexi delv I accept cod or pay pal if prepaid only prepay is if using pay pal it can be cansceled after delv as 2 others done to me and on pay pal it says to collect 3-5 days in advance for funds to clear was in touch all the time truck broke down 4 times due to neglegence og garages have reciepts for 3 transmissions I was in route to pick up he called and said a friend picking up for him cost me money offered part refund and he has denied wait email to clear this up

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Mr. Hills failed to pick up my car and motorcycle more than 1 MONTH after the agreed upon pick up date. In addition, he has failed to stay in contact and has not called when he said he would.

due to failure of three transmissions in which I can show reciepts for and we were in contact as they also had my cell phone and could call at any time they just chose to canscel as I was only 2-3 days from picking up there second car and bike from there daughters house I was even in touch by email when I was in the mountains of Ky with no phone reception and got no reply to my email except this canscellation notice

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I spoke with service provider numerous times to confirm shipment arrangements & times of pickup. We also discussed the fact that he thought that his bid was for one way. I showed him copies of our e-mails that I specifically asked him if his cost was both ways, and he said yes. I did have 2 other offers of the same $400.00 both ways and I show'd him that also. He told me he would honor his quote. I also spoke to Mr Hill yesterday 2-24-08 and he said everything was fine and he would pick up
