Shipment was delivered in good condition, ken was courteous and always willing to take our phone calls to get status. A few minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances, but over all very satisfied. Would call Ken again anyday for other shipments.

It was my first time to use Uship and I made some poor judgement however I never received 2 of my chairs and the auction company claimed they had it in the shipment. Next time I will let the service provider to know that he needs to make sure the items are correct before accepting the shipment.

Finally got it done after some major vehicle issues enroute. Weather didnt help, but Ken needs to understand that vehicle issues and weather are part of the business, they WILL happen, and he needs to deal with them quickly and not make excuses. Communication could be better, and delivery should be quicker.

Absolutely wonderful!! Can't say enough good about this gentleman. He was able to meet my price, as to what I could afford. He showed up when stated, delivered on time and kept in contact throughout. My parents, whom he delivered it to, called to let me know how pleased they were with him as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will use him again in the future. Thank you Ken!! :)
