The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Was told freight company would show up between Feb 12, 2013 and Feb 14, 2013 for pickup which was important to me because of time constraints at that end. Was told contact at pickup would get 24 hour notice before arrival and then a call half an hour before arrival. On the afternoon on the 14th I called to find out status (believe I spoke with Darren) to be told we were forgotten about because of a storm on the east coast. I guess I didn't find this surprising when during the bid process I: Response from shhe77777: Items were not paid for at scheduled pick up dates and still not paid for as of 3/4 per Seller.
Customer contacted me on 2/14 I told him I was delayed by snow storm and would make arrangements for pick up immediately
Contacted Seller he said I couldnt pickup until items were paid for
Contacted customer told him when he paid seller we could pickup anytime customer said would call if decided to move forward
Customer called for cancellation with reasons other than the truth that items not paid

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I'm requesting a cancellation due to misunderstanding of shipping dates. I misread the 7/20-7/23 thinking it was the 8/20-8/23. I have contanted the shipper to arrange a seperate bid, changing the date to after the 10th of August.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider shhe77777 was to meet in Columbus at 7pm. I contacted them (not them contacting me to report a delay) at 8pm and services provider stated their arrival would be midnight. Agreeing on these terms, It is now 1:30 am and service provider has not picked up any phone calls after midnight. There is no sign and no response from them. I find service provider tardiness and lack of communication to be completely unprofessional. I have no reason to believe service provider can or will pick Response from shhe77777: Do to Mother Natures severe storm and area outages we had no cell coverage to inform customer of a delay. Per bid questions and detail customer was informed that pickup would be late at night if they accepted bid. We are a very professional and reliable company. We called customer when cell coverage resumed left message and went to pickup location. Customer would not answer or return calls or text messages. We offered to complete the job for free for the inconvenience with still no response.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I am no longer purchasing the snowblower, since I lost my job on this last Thursday, June 21st. So we had to cancel our purchase of this snowblower, and have lost a $100 deposit on this snowblower to the Ebay Seller.
I have emailed the shipper twice since last Thursday, but they still have not responded to me. They seem to be a very good shipper, and are probably just very busy.
I hope for support from uShip, since this is a very difficult time for us.

Terry Response from shhe77777: Customer cancelled this job do to loss of job not do to not being able to contact us within a reasonable time. This job was scheduled from 7/1 to 8/1 and was not due for pickup or delivery yet. We understand the customers situation and understand that they had to cancel the job. Our prayers go out to them regarding their situation.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped i was waiting on confirmation that my bike had been picked up last night till i got on and cancelled my u ship profile but it was after midnight by the time it was picked up and the provider shhe77777 booked the shipment as they were finishing loading the bike. i do not need the bike shipped anymore as it is in transit.
i would also not be comfortable with this shipper even if i had not already shipped the bike. Response from shhe77777: We understand if other arrangements had been made however, an immediate return call would have been appropriate when the job was booked instead of allowing us to incur unnecessary expenses. If other arrangements had been made the comment by the customer saying he was uncomfortable using a 5 star 100 percent feedback rated company was just plain slander. We do an awesome job, we treat all shipments as if they are our own items and have had absolutely no complaints.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper was unable to ship the item as per the agreed upon terms. Response from shhe77777: Unfortunately we had mechanical problems and the pick up and delivery dates were delayed, we offered to still complete the contract however the customer needed the shipment completed sooner then our repair dates and had chosen to cancel the contract and seek another shipper and we completely understood.
