I kind of felt that I let a criminal to move my household items. This movers has been suspended from uship because of the kind of threat and damages caused to my shipment. She did not ship my car which costed me another $1200. Also, she took another $600 for wrapping my wood furniture and insurance. She is very arrogant and rude and she left one of my dining table outside the apt coz she wanted to pickup another shipment. Now I'm pursuing legal avenues for compensation. Never pay CASH to movers.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time After being 10 hours late due to 'mechanical issues' I then received a call from Mariah stating that they will not being picking up my item (which were sitting in my front yard) due to the fact that they were just in an accident on the fwy....when I called the hywy patrol they had no accidents on this fwy??? When we confronted Mariah her response was 'well things happen and theres nothing that you can do about it' and then she hung up!!! *****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!THIS WOMAN IS A NIGHTMARE...FROM START TO FINISH. ... WHERE TO START...SHE OFFERED TO ASSIST IN LOADING AND SHE TOOK 2 PILLOWS(TOTAL) OUT TO THE TRUCK...SHE WAS 2 DAYS LATE DELIVERING SAID THAT SHE HAD TRUCK PROBLEMS, SO WE LOST OUR UNLOADING HELP ON THE OTHER END AND HAD TO REDIRECT THE SHIPMENT TO WHERE WE HAD HELP TO UNLOAD. THIS WAS ANOTHER 75 MILES FROM THE ORIGINAL DESTINATION. SHE DEMANDED $5 A MILE (ANOTHER $400 !!!) HALF THE FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED.

Im absolutely shocked and extremely disappointed that you would write such untruthful things about your shipment and service.It is illegal to write/print false information on the internet.You lied about what you were charged,the mileage,the service and damages.We have documentation,witnesses and your emails. You said that you had a load/unload crew(also false)I did most of the load/unload myself and had to drive 4 hrs/196mi extra @ 1am because you said your house fell through. This is a shame :(

Move went fairly smooth - owners were helpful. Did not mention that there would be no help unloading until shipment arrived. Hired local help and company paid for assistance and it ended well.

Meriah and Sarah were wonderful! It was a tough move with some unforseen complications but Meriah and Sarah bent over backwards to make sure our move was as hassle free as possible. I highly recommend them!
