My name is Devin and I am a USMC Veteran as well as the owner/operator for Schafer Transportation based out of central IL. What this means is I AM NOT A BROKER, if you book with me I will be the one who will personally transport your shipment. If you decide to ship with me you will be given my cell number and you will be able to contact me at any time to work out any details along with updates as to exactly where your shipment is and when it is expected to arrive. When you book with larger companies you will not have direct contact with the driver and good luck getting ahold of anyone after hours. I specialize in transporting heavy equipment under 12 tons such as backhoes, excavators, dozers, skid steers, farm equipment, wreckers, step vans, and RVs however I have a very wide range of experience from shipping with Uship over the years.
