The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Don stated that he would deliver the cargo on 5/21/09. I made arrangements to have someone wait at the delivery point all day. He was a no show, and did not call. I attempted to call him through-out the weekend and left messages. He finally answered his phone on the 5/26/09 and said that he had experienced a mechanical breakdown and didn't know when he could deliver. Very positive experience. Don maintained good communication prior to, at, and after pickup. He was on schedule, and performed necessary maintenance on boat trailer (fixed lights, air in tires,etc.) prior to departure. Upon arrival at destination, he drove me and boat to local gas station for gas (prior to winterization) and was very helpful in making suggestions of needed repairs on trailer. I would HIGHLY recommend Don without hesitation to any prospective customers!! A+++

Don is absolutely dependable. I entrusted him with my new boat and he delivered excellent service with great communication and professionalism. I highly recommend Don for your shipping needs. He is 100% legal (MC and DOT #'s) and qualified for interstate transport. This was the deciding factor for me. Other bids were lower but not legal transporters. Could you imagine being unable to file an insurance claim because the driver was committing an illegal act. No problems with Don. Book him!
