I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Both me and the person I bought the Arcade machine from have called the shipper multiple times. It has been well over a week now and we have had no reply. I have also texted and emailed the shipper with no reply.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper stated that he would pickup within 1 day of booking and deliver within 1 day of booking. He emailed me and said it would be a week, I said ok give me a date. He stated JAN 30th or JAN 31st. I said ok. I called and emailed him on the 30th, NO RESPONSE. Items were not picked up. I call and email him on the 31st, NOTHING!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time RobinsTransporters did not show up; did not respond to emails; and turned off his phone (initially it was ringing before going to voicemail).
Please cancel this transaction and refund all of my money - $144 - ($104 plus the $19.99 fee and plus the $19.99 deposit).
uShip has to control shippers better from overbooking and then not showing up. The only was you currently have to leave negative feedback is if the trasaction goes through (i.e. the payment is allowed to clear).

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have been trying to connect with the shipper for a week. I sent an email on 1/5 asking him to call me. When I did not hear back by 1/9, I left him a voicemail. He responded with an email that day saying he would call me later. When he did not respond by the 11th, I sent another email asking when I could call him, and have not heard back.
I no longer feel I can successfully work with this provider.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment No complaints about Robinson Transporters but he was unable to complete the job because of truck problems. This was the second booked attempt to have my items shipped. I've been trying for over a month to get this delivery done. I have been in touch with Taylor G at Uship support and we are in agreement that I will be able to receive a full refund. At this point I can't wait for any more bids as storage fees for my items are mounting up. Uship is a great service but it just didn't work out for
