The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shippers vehicle has oil leak. Can't ship on time required. Response from roadrunner55: tried to combine pickup date on the route to CA, customer insisted on a specific date which would have resulted in an additional 500 mile trip, he asked for cancellation, oil leak was just a loose oil cooling line, I only informed customer this has to addressed but would have not resulted in any delay. I always will accept customers wishes therefore I agreed to cancellation despite it has now changed my schedule

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper only has a flatbed trailer. The vehicle I have requires to be transported in an enclosed transport trailer. Shipper advised that he could not accommodate this type of shipment. The potential for damage to the vehicle by the manufacture and present owner is great on an open carrier. Factory advised enclosed transport. I have no negative response toward shipper. He was honest and upfront and communicated well. I would consider him in the future with a different shipment. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Provider sent email requesting a Walmart payment before he drove to pick up. I have this email he sent and all emails. I have actually already sent this as a question to uship. He requested 1/2 payment upfront and I waa very willing to do that in a legitimate way and follow uship's rules using uship payment. He became very rude in an email which I still have and can present if needed. I can present corresponsence if needed. I do not feel that I can trust someone to take a Walmart payment upfront Response from roadrunner55: There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper failed to make initial deposit at booking. I gave several payment options to accommodate her but only got excuses and lectures, so I am extremely uncomfortable to drive 800 miles to the pickup location based on the shippers failure to adhere to the original agreed terms and conditions

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I did talk to Howard once. But that was it, until I emailed him later after the deadline lapsed on picking it up.Then he emailed only.
No matter what Harold should have called. We had to make a special trip of 12 hours to not loose the item bought.
Harold you must call people and keep them in the loop. Not buying the broke truck argument.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The service provider arrived at the pickup location with a 12ft flatbed to haul a 14ft boat. My bid request specifically stated the overall dimensions of the boat and trailer to be 19ft long. According to the boat seller the service provider intended to put the boat on the trailer with the bow to the rear of the truck with it hanging off the back of the bed. The service provider also wanted to have the motor removed to reduce the overall length of the boat by roughly 18” even though this would s

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Provider promised to pick up car today but have gotten no response. I need to have my car in Georgia asap. Therefore I am cancelling this bid. Response from roadrunner55: Shipper did not provide phone number for pick up location we requested many times the phone number. We called, were at pickup location on time, nobody there we checked u-ship and found cancellation notice minutes before, this shipper is the worst - no phone answers, no proper information, never contacted us even after cancellation, drove 100 miles for pickup and then had to go empty to GA. Thanks for the loss.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the place where it was surpposed to be picked was locked because the keys were lost. Response from roadrunner55: The place of pickup was closed at the agreed time, waited for over 1.5 hours, called many times, even the shipper tried to contact the pickup place, so we agreed to cancel this shipment since we were unable to pick up the item due to locked location
