I am a Carrier who currently has a 53 foot enclosed specialized car hauler with elevator and 25000 WINCH inside trailer. We carry all equipment from low rise ramps to slings for specialized transport of your specific vehicle. All vehicles are secured to the trailer via straps and frame track blocks in the trailer floor. All vehicles are plastic covered before shipment.I provide shipping of running and non running vehicles including Cars, Boats,Jetski's,Tractors, and anything in between. WINCH SERVICE, Expedited, and White Glove Services are available. NYC door services are on an as available basis. after i got a call from the originator of the shipment who was out of the country, who i spoke to once, never got a return call from the idividual who the vehicle was to be picked up and after all of that he only wanted to partially pay for the shipment not the agreed upon bid.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The booking date was December 9, 2009...it is now January 8, 2010. I've given the driver ample opportunity to communicate his intentions via repeated messages to him to return my telephone calls...which have not been returned. The driver claimed a mechanical difficulty with his truck last week that had stranded him through Christmas.....bad weather prior to that...a schedule conflict prior to that...he has not claimed a failure of telephone service yet....and after a month of waiting for my vehi

well mechanical problems do happen even to me. Road closures due to heavy snows in northern new mexico are common, and not within my control. Messages left via email on the road are not a good way to communicate when you have a phone # to contact me directly. Never had a problem with my phone and since i was unable to make you happy, i hope you found a carrier to handle your shipment.

He set an appt for last Friday and never showed, then made an excuse that the truck could not fit into the apartment complex. I wouls like my deposit reimbursed ASAP, so I can locate a real service provider.

shipper did not provide accurate information for pickup, the area would have damaged my equipment and that of the apartment complex. and no one was the when i came to pickup the car. shipper did not want to pay to have car brought out to my truck and the location i was unable to reach with my size of equipment.
