I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Lost contact after he said twice he would show up to pick up the bike,but never did. In reading his feedback,I'd say I'm not alone.I have reported the problem to Uship, and also filed a dispute with Uship, nothing is happening. So I turned it into Paypal, just want my money back.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Each week during the month of February the service provider (“SP”) stated that he would pick up this bike within a matter of days (“in about a week”, “in a week to a week and a half”, “in 5-7 days”), and each time he failed to do so. Furthermore, I paid the SP ½ of the shipping cost at up the beginning of February when the he requested it (in good faith based on his promise to pick up the bike within a matter of days) even though his documented written terms are for ½ of the cost to be paid at

i contacted you people about this shipper, i had a complaint with no one from your party or the shipper getting back to me, please refund me my money and we can all just be happy. you guys requested my deposit right away, but when i had a dispute no one even cared, good customer service, now i expect my refund just as quick as i gave you my deposit.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Before I gave this contract to this company, I asked for the estimated delivery date and specifically said in that correspondence that I do not want this to be a 2 week ordeal, but it's been close to 3 weeks. He has missed several different deadlines that he quoted and now I can't get in touch with him to get a new status so I'm forced to make different arrangements. Much of this written communication between he and I can be seen in the UShip Details and the rest is available if needed.
