I cannot say enough about how AWESOME Richard was in this transaction!!! He was quick to make the initial arrangements, ALWAYS answered his cell phone when we wanted to check on his current location update and was ULTRA professional throughout the haul! He even was willing to drive an extra 20 miles to our home which was different than our original drop point. If you have the chance to use Richard for a haul....use him---RECOMMEND HIGHLY! Mr. Wingate was an exceptional hauler. We had a 1981 20 foot Travel Trailer hauled from Michigan to Illinois (roughly 600 miles). The seller of this item affirmed this trailer was roadworthy and good tires. When Mr. Wingate arrived to haul this he not only repaired the lights on the trailer he also had to search around while towing this trailer for a shop to replace the 4 tires on the trailer due to them being dry rot. Communication was excellent. There is no doubt we would use him again.
