Essentially a man and a truck. My interest in this service is to provide quality of service that is of high value. Since value vairies by customer then its important to me that you are explicit about your expectations. I appreciate you asking questions and negociating during the bidding process. Safe and courtious service are my top priorities followed by performance. My service is not about being an expiditer. If cost is your highest priority then I hope you are very flexible on timeframes. Most of my bids will have a minimum of 10 day on pickup and 10 day on delivery. This allows me to balance your listing with other listing allowing for an exceptional value(great service at low cost). Since this is a shipping service loading and unloading are considered as a seperate service. I do have dollies and blankets. For heavy items and speical care items the shipper should consider additional services and be explicit about requirements during the bidding process.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The transport was delayed for over a month because of seasons. I was unsuccesful in trying to recontact the customer.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I need to cancel this I made a mistake and excepted this bid I did not realize he could not pick my dog up untill the middle of May. I need her picked up this week so the middle of May will not work. I emailed him and he agreed to except my cancelation.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services i believe it was a miscommunication, but one he cleatly knew about. it was stated directly in my bid that he would pick up and deliver pups between the 14th and the 18th of october. However, he had not warned me of a plan to keep the pups for 2 weeks until he brought them to me. This is economical, but not rational thining when it comes to puppies. Perhaps if it were not a shipment of live animals there would have been zero problems, but no shipper keeps your puppies for longer than 48 hours

This job was represented as a rescue. I do not believe it was a rescue. I tried to help and was very clear in my time frames. I would avoid dealing with this person.
