Picked up 19-ft boat in Fair Oaks CA on Monday and delivered it in McKinney TX on Wednesday as promised. Over 1700 miles one way. Job was completed in 48 hrs. Price was cheaper than I could have done it (round trip considertion).

The shipment was completed with no damage but the communication was not good. The provider committed to pick up and delivery times on several calls but did not meet them. Be was wearer related which was acceptable but the were several others with many excuses and little follow up. For such a short, simple haul, I expected better.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This guy Christopher Clark can't be trusted, see all his cancellations ! WARNING ! If he bids on your needs BEWARE. He did not show up, did not return phone calls, did not return emails. promised 5 days to pickup and 21 days later I am still getting the run around so I have to cancel. Now I will have fees and penalties and abandonment of property on Gov Auction.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have been attempting to contact this provider since the day after I accepted the bid (2/8/13). My initial email was ignored. I finally reached the provider by phone on 2/12 and the driver told me he would confirm a pick up time with the shop at the pick up location and call me back. I did not hear back from him. I have since left two voicemails and two text messages, with no response. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider no se comunica, dice que recogio el producto y despues de unos dias dice que un amigo lo va recoger y no lo hace me causo gastos de storage. muy mal servicio, que se dedique a otra cosa.
