The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services this guy has lied to myself and the pick people says he is going to be there never happens then says lost address but still never contacted myself or the pick up totally mislead can i please have my deposit back

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer. I had to chase down an address down. They gave me the wrong address twice. Then he leaves a message on my phone threatening that Osama should have blown up Califirnia (can listen on my phone, still on my voice mail) This kind of person should be kicked off of Uship and have homeland check him out. I am going to write down everytrhing he said -curse words and put it in his response of this. I think he is a threat to the US.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period At first the shipper responded to my email promptly but I have not made contact with him for more than a week despite repeated calls and emails. This is my first attempted to us Uship.....very disapointed.

We set a time to due this job Monday the 19th I don't know why he changed his mind........Oh well, Chris. P.S. My cell phone is on 24/7 if you leave a message I will call you. Going up and down the freeway there are dead spots and if you don't leave a message I don't know you called......

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved no hard feelings, driver was unable to meet timeframe as his credit card was cloned and he could not purchase gas.....was friendly and available on the phone, but just couldn't meet my timeframe...not the drivers fault, would consider using again

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The Service Provider does not have the means to load this shipment. Planning and communication has not been what I expected. Perhaps this is just a fluke since he has had good feedback.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This service provider has been very irresponsible, he said his truck broke down. I understood and tried to work with him, he promised to show up the next day on the evening, he did not. He failed to communicate after I tried to contact him and left him several messages. It has been nearly 10 days and he has not even giving me a courtesy call. This person is a total sad case. Made me waste my time. Wish him well.

My Plasma was well wrap and unharmed. Chris had excellent customer service and delivered quickly and communication was excellent. Next time i ship anything i will definitely go through Power Source Transportation.

Response from jonah11: this guy here should be removed from uship 1- cant spell myself and the customer told him twice he never emailed us to let us know 2- he had both of our number why not call 3- after a week of beeing mucked around we phoned him then he hung up on both of us we believe he had a shipment cancelled where we were and could not deliver anymore but had no balls to tells us dont trust this guy hes a fraud rip off artist
