We have raised & owned APHA horses for over 15 years including the late APHA Champion Rhinestone Robin. We have made several trips across country in hauling our own horses & for friends and started delivering dogs and cats.......now when we take trips to visit family & friends we have started delivering dogs & cats to help with expenses......we use to raise & show dogs and have years of experience in dealing with puppies and the shy, scared dog.....motel stops for the night......we sometimes use the SUV and other times a car.....per uship rules when we pick up is when you provide the uship code to us.....if you have any questions please ask them before accepting a bid...Thank you, Donna

Though the move was stressful for Clyde, John and Donna did all they could to accomodate him. They even donned his Adaptil collar for me en route because it slipped my mind at pick-up. Thank you!

Donna and John were AWSOME! If we ever need one of our animals transported again will use them again. We recommend them to anyone. We were in constant contact and Raja was delivered before we thought he would be. They were great.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We had several questions and answers about length of travel, she agreed. After accepting the bid she wanted the cats to fly instead and sent an email saying the vet came to her house and the cats were so wild couldn't catch the 1 cat to give exam the other was very aggressive and she now wanted me to travel 200 miles to pickup location, fly WITH her mother&cats 2,000 miles to destination and I could WAIT for the rest of my party to arrive in Texas. Offered $25 to transport cat supplies by car

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Communication has been difficult....mother booked the transport on uship, but her son who actually owned the dog had other requirements then what was listed and agreed to....trying to get answers via email has been a problem and requirements wanted by the son are not feasible with the car we will be using and the price quoted for the transport....it is with regret that we will not be able to transport but it has been difficult in just trying to get information and arrange the terms of transport.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My cats were seen by the vet to get their health certificate required for interstate travel and would not authorize for them to travel to their destination over the extended amount of time above and beyond the 3day usual travel time from Reno, nv to San Antonio tx. The carrier and I have tried to figure out a way to resolve this issue but have been unable to find a way to resolve their travel schedule and this new information. I offered to convert the travel to air travel (at my expense) but the

Absolutely NOT true..email said cats were so wild the vet couldn't get near 1 cat and the other was to wild for vet to exam. Wanted me to drive 200 miles, leave car & fly with her mother & cats 2,000 miles...then what was I suppose to do with my family that expected me to drive them to Texas? THEN offered me $25 to drive 200 miles to Reno and transport cat supplies from Reno to San Antonio, Texas...just ridiculous...

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped Since the time that I contacted my service provider earlier today, the dog has gotten very sick. I took her in to a 24 hour vet clinic and they found that she has a micro chip. I explained how I had found the dog dirty and abandoned. Apparently they are still required to hold the dog and attempt to notify the owner. I need to cancel the shipment because I won't have time to solve everything before I leave on Tuesday. I am really sorry. - Charles

Uship needs to change their rules...this was in NO part our fault, yet we are given a cancellation because the shipper did a great thing in saving a stray puppy but when a microchip was found the vet wouldn't release the puppy....we were on our way for pickup and again because the shipper cancelled with uship new rules of paying uship the total fee we are left with no payment for our expenses....

Shipper booked in Nov for pickup in Jan....1 day before I was to leave on my trip to be picking up she sent an email saying they changed their plans and wouldn't be moving for another month or so....left us with no compensation for holding their spot as uship refunded all the money back to them
