I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have been calling the guy over and over again and have left him messages and he has call me once and that was to get the credit card number. i have been waiting more then 6 days but haven't heard from him yet. the company name is national auto trans. I told him that the dealership is calling me to come pick up the car asap, but it seems that he doesn't care. So i took it upon myself to look for another shipper to help me ship the vehicle and he agree. So i request that I shouldn't get billed

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services service provider took 7 day to book shipment with a 1-5 time frame. Also when request was made before excepting bid i requested a top load witch carrier said he would provide.the Trucking company he brocherd too could not provide top load. Owner and shipper would like to try someone else that we could fill more reliaable and comfortable with or car

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The service provider's bid specified that he would pick up within 5 days of bid acceptence and deliver within 5 days of pickup. One the phone the service provider changed this to "best efforts" to pick up within "about 5-7 days" and deliver in "about 5-7 days". He then sent a contract that states that the dates are estimates only and that the service provider makes "NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO DELIVERY TIMES OR DATES". On the phone the service provider said that Response from nationalautotrans: I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. Please let us know if you need our shipping services in the future.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment My car was supposed to be picked up from 4/22-4/27. The trucker had a breakdown, so he was unable to pick it up. National Auto Trans has not been able to find another trucker to pickup the vehicle and is now wanting to raise the price in order to get a response. I feel this is not fair to me because they quoted a price and it they should stick to it. I would like to be able to get my uship fees refunded also since the shipment did not take place.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper wanted an additional deposit beyond the roughly 90 something dollars that Uship required me to pay through payapal. I told the shipper that was never required to leave to deposits for one job on Uship and that i would rather look for a different shipper. Response from nationalautotrans: There is no additional deposit, the amount due on pick up of the vehicle is part of the amount bid.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After I made the booking and paid a deposit, the service provider asked for additional $150 deposit. that was not part of the original agreement. There should be no reason to have to make two separate deposits. something is fishy withthat and I dont rut them. NO service provider has ever asked me for two different deposits. PLEASE REFUND MY DEPOSITASAP. I will go with a different service provider. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper said that he would have the car apointed to a truck in five days. 5 days is long passed. All the shipper did was list the car on central dispatch website for a price that will never be accepted. He charged me 650 and listed the car for 350. My car will sit for weeks.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After paying the intial deposit, the provide requested our charge card to take another additional deposit of $131 and we would pay $400 to the driver. When I told them I wasn't comfortable doing this as we have shipped other vehicles and no one ever requested this before, they said that is the way they do transactions. I said that was something we couldn't go along with. I told the service provided we would not be using his services.
