Myers Towing Service has been serving the Bay Area and Central Valley of California since 1986! We have a fleet of 16 towing and transporting vehicles. These are law enforcement & DOT inspected actual tow trucks not pickups and trailers. Our drivers are certified by the California Tow Truck Association, Wreckmaster, and approved by Police Agencies and have to adhere to zero tolerance drug policies and are actively regulated by law enforcement agencies. We offer over $1,000,000 in liability insurance which is hard for our competitors to match. We specialize in State Wide Transport, with our Flat Bed Tow trucks we can haul multiple vehicles, and our Big Rig Wreckers can haul Heavy Duty Equipment rated up to 80,000 lbs. We have been involved with vehicle towing & transport for over 24 years no one has the experience we do, and no one else can offer the same caliber equipment with safe and reliable drivers that Myers Towing Service can! We have 4 locations in California!

Shipper agreed to deliver on 8/3/2012 but did not commit to the agreement and did not deliver until 8/6/2012. The excuse was "Traffic". I would have understood that if the shipper has called -or emailed- back the many calls (and the email) I sent. Awful and horrible customer service. Absolutely not recommended. Thanks.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We are having difficulty arranging pickup between customer, and the company holding the vehicle/container. We are given the runaround between what paperwork is needed, the actual date that the vehicle can be released from the Port, and some sort of confusion with the customer stating that we tried to pickup the vehicle and were unable to because our driver did not a TWIC card. We never attempted to pickup the vehicle, because the PORT stated there was a hold placed on the container and it has

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We tried to contact the service provider. But, they never show up and never call us back. We called the company couple time, and nobody know this agreement. Don't know how to do now? we are still willing to complete this shipping if they can. Otherwise, have to cancel and re-list it.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper posted a bid for shipment, this bid was accepted within the time frame posted, and the vehicle is available for immediate shipment. Higher bids were rejected in favor of this shipper, and those higher bids are no longer available. The schedule of shipment can be expanded a further 10 days to allow the shipper to meet their obligation to ship... enough time to put together a load.
